  • For courses or lessons, you may cancel within 14 days of booking unless the course has already started.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting us.

  • Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  • No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a subscription.

  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any increase and may cancel before the change takes effect.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or breach of Terms.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Digital Products: No refunds once downloads begin.

  • Courses and Workshops: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase unless the course has started.

  • Subscriptions: Cancel anytime before renewal. No partial refunds for unused time.

  • Our Cancellations: If we cancel an event or course, you will receive a full refund or alternative option.

10. Technical Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring you meet the technical requirements (for example, software such as Ableton or Logic, a suitable laptop, and a stable internet connection).

11. Liability

  • We provide training and education but cannot guarantee career outcomes, job placements, or record label signings.

  • We take reasonable care but do not guarantee the website is error-free or uninterrupted.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from use of the website or our services.
